There’s no better way to kick off the weekend (especially the last in wintry February) than with a sun-drenched and stunning sea-side wedding…and Hadley and Mike’s is off-the-charts AH-mazing. As in you can just feel the ocean breeze and happiness while gazing at their photos. There was even a rainbow!
Their venue, Congress Hall in Cape May, has something really special going on. Bright colors, stunning architectural detail and incredible, sweeping views of the water as well as some wonderful history…an unforgettable setting for a couple in love to tie the knot.
“It was a beautiful day and I was so in love with my Lea-Ann Belter Lucy dress. I found out about Lea-Ann Belter through Pinterest. Most of the dresses that I started pinning just happened to all be Lea-Ann Belter dresses. I researched where to find them in the Philadelphia area and I found Lovely Bridal in Philadelphia. I ended up choosing a dress I had never seen before and was soo in love!
We had perfect weather and even managed to get a rainbow appearance, which my photographer has a few photos of. The day was just how I imagined, so perfect. Our cocktail hour was on the huge green lawn that overlooks the ocean. We had a big raw bar because my husband, Mike, and I love oysters. The theme was nautical chic, so navy and white accents, but not too beachy everywhere. Our dance floor was packed all night thanks to a great DJ (DJ LoveSick) and we had so much fun! My photographer, Rachel Pearlman, was awesome and captured a TON of amazing photos. “
