An East Carolina University homecoming brought Bianca and Lonzell together!
They’d moved in the same circles in college, but it wasn’t until Bianca spotted Lonzell at a kickback that sparks flew. After almost four years together, Lonzell surprised Bianca with a trip to Italy, where, in Florence’s famous Boboli Gardens, he dropped to one knee and asked for Bianca’s hand.
Together, they searched for a character-filled venue that suited their vision for a warm, modern celebration. The Cookery, with its exposed brick walls, market lights, and historical artifacts, was exactly what they’d been looking for. Next up, Bianca sought a lace wedding gown…but fell in love with our trumpet silk dupioni Marigold gown instead!
By the way, those stunning flowers filling their ceremony and reception aren’t just jaw-dropping, they’re sustainable. The ceremony flowers were repurposed into lovely centerpieces (to which they added floating candles), and the ceremony arbor adorned the main table.
