Pared down and modern, this chic editorial is all about celebrating the dress. Well, it’s also about highlighting the venue, but you know we’re always about the gown!
Anne, the owner of Ivory & Ash, a Cleveland-based mobile bridal styling studio (and lovely LABB retail partner), provided the shoot’s wedding finery. Her inspiration? “The studio is a warehouse with an edge in downtown Cleveland…so I wanted to bring in a sleek, simple elegant dress that could handle the edginess and mood of the location. I loved how the model was fierce and sweet at the same time!”
So, she paired our Astrid & Mercedes Stellar gown with Diamond, a flowy, detachable skirt from Karen Willis Holmes. Then, explains Anne, she finished the look off with “a headband from Hushed Commotion and earrings from Emma Katzka to bring dimension and softness to the photographer’s dark editing styles.”
