Aptly called the “Monday Bride,” this editorial’s inspiration was the unexpected, pandemic detour so many couples have experienced. Says Emily Li, the shoot’s main photographer, “(not everyone was able) to have a normal wedding at a wedding venue the past two years and the years ahead. We’ve encountered so many amazing brides who had sweet backyard weddings and at-home receptions that we wanted to create some not-so-traditional looks.”
Emily and her team delivered on that intention! Featuring our Starling, Anika, and Misty gowns as well as our pearl-studded cathedral veil, the brides below have a sultry, non-traditional vibe. Paired with muted neutrals and natural light-filled space, the images have a delightful intimacy.
