Bumble matched Meredith and Matt, but after some cancelled plans and sporadic texts on both sides, they never connected in person. When Bumble matched them a second time several months later, Matt, who still had Meredith’s number from before, sent her a bold text that read, “Let’s finally meet so we can both ditch this silly app!” Impressed, Meredith agreed. When the two met for dinner, sparks flew, and from that moment on, Meredith and Matt were a duo! Fast-forward to the night Matt proposed on his patio (which he’d decorated with candles, rose petals, and string lights), and Meredith wholeheartedly answered “yes!”
Together, they planned an elegant, classic Orlando wedding at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake with lots of lovely details, one of which was naming the bar after their sweet pup, Dottie!
