Dreaming of an un-stuffy, classic winter wedding? Ellen and Cameron’s Alabama wedding will make you weak in the knees, starting with Ellen in her all-over-lace wedding dress and matching topper! Lace usually leaps to mind when we think of tradition, as does a full-skirted silhouette. However, our glowing bride went another route with Daria, whose figure-hugging bodice segues into a swishy, non-A-line skirt. Ellen also wore Daria’s matching off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved lace topper. Between her ensemble and fresh-faced HMU, Ellen’s look was timeless, modern, and airy, kind of like the rest of her and Cameron’s day.
These two exchanged vows at the Vestavia Hills Methodist Church, whose halls were beautifully decked for Christmas. Then, they traveled by adorable trolley to their celebration at The Florentine, where the scene was set with romantic lighting and a color palette of champagne, whites, and greens. After a whole lot of dancing (see the dancefloor madness below), these lovebirds took off in a vintage white convertible Mustang!
