Love came full circle for Davelle and Steve. In the 6th grade, they had crushes on one another. Love flowed on, and in April 2022, they had their first date, during which Davelle knew she something very special had begun. “I had butterflies during our first date and realized I was comfortable being myself instead of trying to make myself seem small on a date.”
A Toronto real estate agent, Davelle is always driving past our boutique. So, after she and Steve were engaged, she was excited to come in, then thrilled when she found the perfect fit in her customized Solaris gown.

Why did you decide to get married where you did?
“The Toronto Beach Club was beautiful and close to the beach.”
What was the funniest moment of your day?
“The jokes told by my mom and best friend during the speeches.”
One detail you couldn’t live without?
“Having so many of my friends and family together on our wedding day.”
What part of your wedding day was most important to you?
“Other than getting married, the time I was able to spend with some close girlfriends before the wedding was very special.”
Any tips for couples getting married?
“Take a breath and don’t sweat the small stuff.”
