Love in the Rain
Spanning the Cooper River, a walk across it affords gorgeous views and plenty of time to get to know someone. Then, a thunderstorm swept in. As the rain poured down, they laughingly took one another’s hands. The weather passed quickly, leaving them sun-dazzled and aware that something special was between them. Jake kissed MerriCameron, and less than a year later, proposed on the same exact spot.

MerriCameron’s home is at RiverOaks, a beautiful waterfront property. In the past, it’s been a wedding venue, though it’s since reverted to her family’s private residence. Filled with Ancient, Spanish moss-draped oaks, dreamy low country views, and MerriCameron’s childhood memories, it was the perfect place to start her and Jake’s next chapter.
