Painted in fresh blue and white, Lauren and Tom’s wedding in a private home on Cape Cod was all things fresh and summery. Including the rain. But you wouldn’t know it from their pictures. Between shared over-the-moon smiles and fun-whatever-the-weather vibes, these two generated their own sunshine.

Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

Strung with chandeliers and drenched with flowers, a softly-lit tent set a romantic garden ceremony scene. A reception tent filled to the brim with tumbling hydrangeas, soft light, chandeliers, and inviting lounge areas brought the outside in. And is there anything more intimate than a garden on a drizzly day? Lauren and Tom made the most of the opportunity by a little one-on-one time on property’s lovely, covered veranda.

The summertime romance of it all comes full circle in Lauren and Tom. Our lovely bride chose Sofia, a timeless wedding gown with a flowing organza skirt and fresh-cut hydrangea in her hair. Echoing her classic-meets-modern aesthetic was Tom in his handsome blue suit!
