Toronto Wedding at the Gardiner Museum | Rachel + Elliott

After meeting in high school, Rachel and Elliott never looked back.

While preparing for their day, Rachel visited us at our flagship boutique. Envisioning something timeless, she and our stylist Vanessa created a custom dress that combined our Anika top and Starling skirt. Since no one had ever worn that combination before, we called it the ‘Rachel!’

Rachel and Elliott’s choices of wedding venue, details, and music had everything to do with their love story. Shares our bride, “We got married at the Gardiner Museum surrounded by our closest friends and family. We both favour a classic style and wanted a modern and elegant wedding that featured our favourite city in the world, where we met and fell in love, prominently. We loved planning the day ourselves (even when separated by the Atlantic Ocean, which we often were), and included lots of little personal touches. The music of the day incorporated songs spanning the 18 years of our relationship, and our first dance was to a forever-favourite Tragically Hip tune.”
