The edge of fall, when it’s no longer summer on the calendar but warmish days linger, is a lovely time for a wedding. There’s so much gorgeous, rich color, and with the shortening days comes that beautiful, later-afternoon light. For a few hours, everything seems to glow!
Married at the end of October at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George, Lauren and Dan’s day was peak autumn-ish. The trees were just starting to change, and the temperatures were just right. These two wed beneath a flowering arbor overlooking the water, then, just as the temps grew cooler, headed indoors to celebrate.
Their choice of a white-and-emerald-green color scheme perfectly reflected the season’s rich yet crisp vibe. Lauren’s wedding day look was equally stunning. Her Lea-Ann Belter Jacinta gown featured a pointed neckline and a dramatic vertical back bow, embodying the couple’s modern and timeless aesthetic.
