Windswept, our Astrid & Mercedes Spring 2027 Collection embraces the untamed, tumbling spirit of Rosa rugosa, also known as the wild beach rose. These coastal blooms dance in the breeze, unfurling vivid color and extravagant beauty in sun and sea spray.
Before debuting the full collection, we took a few favorites on a quick lakeside holiday.
Modern, Romantic Wedding Dresses
Serene
Breathes fresh air into the notion of a lace wedding dress. A beguiling blend of tulle and Chantilly lace, Serenade combines elegant structure and a sense of whimsy. Her high, halter neckline cuts deeply inward, revealing your shoulders and collarbones, then opens to a low back. Meanwhile, the tailored bodice and gleaming ribbon at the natural waist further an hourglass impression. Thanks to layers of tulle overlaid with lace, her full, ball gown skirt dances with your every move. Perfect for running barefoot in the sand.
Breeze
Sinuous grace and tailored minimalism meet in Breeze. Carefully considered architectural seams shape her form-fitting bodice and smooth sheath silhouette with a lavish train. Angled to flatter the shoulders and draw the eye upwards, the high, halter neckline gives way to a daringly low back. Breeze enters her diva era when paired with her ultra-dramatic chiffon bridal cape, which, amid the light lakeside wind, is utter magic.
Raine
A classic at heart, Raine reveals her modern sensibility through her lustrous textile, Eco Mikado, made from recycled plastic bottles! Dainty spaghetti straps and an under-bust seam support her camisole neckline, which flatters the décolletage. Overlaid in lace beaded with pearls and seed beads, her drop-waist bodice blooms into a full ball gown skirt. Rain’s optional veil carries the same special beaded lace along the edges and, we discovered, is particularly bewitching at golden hour.
